PSS Enterprises, LLC will only warranty product purchased either directly from us or one of our authorized dealers. Any product purchased from any other third party or used/second hand will immediately void any and all expressed or implied warranty from PSS Enterprises LLC.
PSS Enterprises LLC. is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned or warranty claim items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since PSS Enterprises LLC. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
PSS Enterprises LLC. warrants all products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original receipt/invoice date. PSS Enterprises LLC. agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective product or part if returned to PSS Enterprises LLC. within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any products or parts which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, race track/autocross/driver education use or to use in violation of any instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than PSS Enterprises LLC. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. All items are subject to a minimum 10% handling / restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.

The buyer assumes all risk as to quality, performance and use of these products and agrees to hold PSS Enterprises LLC, and their agents and employees harmless for any injury, loss, or damage; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of PSS Enterprises LLC products. The buyer is responsible for determining correct fitment of product to their own vehicle. PSS Enterprises LLC is not liable for determining if a kit fits your car.
Should any product prove defective after purchase, PSS Enterprises LLC’s liability shall be limited to refunding the original cost of the product.
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not automatically signify our acceptance of your order. PSS Enterprises LLC reserves the right to decline your order for any reason.
Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of PSS Enterprises LLC.
Special order parts are not returnable for any reason. Opened kits are not returnable. Do not break the seal on the kit if you think you may have to return it!
PSS Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this web site, nor are we responsible for damages resulting either directly or indirectly.
Shipping costs are directly related to the weight of the package. In addition, we factor in an additional amount to cover packing materials, and any special handling considerations that may be required to ship the package. If you pick up your order in person, we do not charge you any shipping or handling fees.
If your package was damaged in shipment, you must immediately notify the carrier via phone and refuse the shipment. They will initiate a claims process on the damaged package. After calling the carrier, please call or email PSS Enterprises LLC, and notify us of the damage. We will make arrangements with you to replace the parts that were damaged.
For international shipments, we do not have detailed information on customs fees and tariffs. If you have any questions about applicable duties and tariffs, please contact your local state department office prior to ordering. If you refuse a package at the customs office or it’s destination, and it is returned to us, we will not refund the cost of shipping the package to you. If you refuse a package at the customs office or it’s destination, and it is not returned to us(abandoned) by our return process, we will not refund the cost of the product or shipping.
